Antiseptic Agents and Antioxidants

These products contain SO2, whose antioxidant and antioxidase properties are essential in wine-making. They can be added in different forms:

• Solid: Potassium metabisulfite, RedoxTanin, RedoxArom (inhibits undesirable oxidation processes due to its high affinity to dissolved oxygen; may be used directly on harvesting machines).

• Liquid: Sulfamol (ammonium bisulfite solution; generates considerable amount of SO2); Sulfur 18 (18% SO2 in water solution, contains less potassium than metabisulfite).

• Gas: SO2 packed in our plant in many different sizes (30- to 1,200-kg bottles).
