CHARACTERISTICS:

• Does not contain sulphate.
• Composition: yeast cell walls, ammonium phosphate (NH4+), thiamine.
• Intended for the manufacture of organic wine.
• Allows fermentation in difficult conditions, both in low temperatures and from grapes with high alcoholic strength potential. Prevents fermentation stops.
• Optimizes the organoleptic quality of wines, both aromatic and mouthfeel.
