As part of our “From oenologist to oenologist…” philosophy, we organised on 4 June a technical conference in Peñafiel (Valladolid) entitled “Red wines set the trend”.
As part of our “From oenologist to oenologist…” philosophy, we organised a technical conference in Yecla: “Technology in synergy with oenology”.
SERMIA organised a technical seminar with the participation of those companies that distribute their products in Bulgaria through this distributor; companies such as: AGROVIN, Ramondin and Sylvent Barricas.
During the conference we visited 3 wineries. On Wednesday 21 May the day was spent at Adega Cooperativa Vidigueira – Cuba&Alvito. C.R.L; on 22 May we visited Herdade do Esporão; and on the last day, 23 May, we were welcomed by our colleagues from Adega Quinta Do Seixo-Sandeman.
On 21 May, the University of Cordoba held the 1st Conference on Transfers. This year it focused on biotechnology using yeast and acetic acid bacteria, two examples of biotechnological success.
EXPOLIVA took place between Wednesday 15 May 2019 and Saturday 18 May 2019. This is the largest international event in the olive oil sector held at the Jaen Provincial Trade Fair and Congress Centre (IFEJA) and attended by thousands of professionals from the olive oil sector and related industries.
For the eleventh time, the lecturers of the Oenology degree at the Technical Faculty of Agricultural Engineering of the University of Valladolid (ETSIIAA) organised the 11th Conference on Advances in Oenological Techniques which took place on 3 May at this faculty in Palencia.
A total of 250 oenologists, scientists and oenology and winemaking experts met in Palencia (region of Castilla y León) between 4 and 6 April at the 18th edition of the National Oenologists Congress to review the sector’s novelties, share experiences, knowledge and technological advances, as well as reviewing the current situation of oenology at a global level.
