Sulfur antioxidants contain SO2, whose antioxidant and antioxidase properties are essential in winemaking. These products can be added in different forms:

Solid: Potassium metabisulfite, RedoxTanin, and RedoxArom (inhibits undesirable oxidation processes due to its high affinity to dissolved oxygen; may be used directly on harvesting machines).

Liquid: Sulfamol (ammonium bisulfite solution; generates considerable amount of SO2); Sulfur 18 (18% SO2 in water solution; contains less potassium than metabisulfite).

Gas: SO2 packaged in our plant in many different bottling sizes (30- to 1,200-kg bottles).
