Technical Conference CEVIPE

On the 14th and 15th of June, at AGROVIN we received a very special visit, that of our friends and colleagues from CEVIPE (Center Vinícola del Penedés).

During the first day, once arrived in La Mancha, we went to make a visit in the first instance to the Cooperativa Nuestra Señora de Manjavacas (Bodegas Zagarrón)

After this first visit, it was time to regain strength. In the afternoon we could see the installation and operation of the new bottling line installed in the Cooperativa BACO.

After this first intense day, we started the morning of the 15th with our CEVIPE colleagues visiting the AGROVIN Headquarters, located in Alcázar de San Juan. We were able to observe the operation of all our facilities: offices, laboratory, warehouse, metatartaric plant, sulfurous plant … After the visit we went to our conference room, where our Technician Carlos Hernández gave a talk about all our technical news. Next, Vicente Cruz winemaker, surprised with a wine tasting accompanied with different types of cheese, “QUE NO TE LA DEN CON QUESO.”
