APPLICATION

Cremorvin is used on wine during refrigeration. It acts as a crystallization nucleus for the unstable potassium bitartrate in wines, shortening the cold treatment period in tartaric stabilization.

DOSAGE

Stabilization by “semi-contact”: 20-40 g/hl

Stabilization by “contact”: 4 g/l

Stabilization “in continuous”: 2-5 g/l
