CHARACTERISTICS:

• Produces a well-rounded and elegant mouthfeel in varietal red wines, such as Tempranillo, Grenache, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Intensifies varietal and black fruit (blackberry and plum) notes, adding a hint of balsam.
• Increases tannic balance, enhancing the sensation of volume in the mouthfeel.
• Low alcohol production.

ORGANOLEPTIC QUALITIES:

Accentuates fruity aromas (redcurrant, plum, raspberry and blackberry) and creates a structured mouthfeel.
