DosiOx comprises a range of extremely accurate oxygen-dosage apparatus that are versatile enough to be used in micro- or macro-oxygenation and variable oxygenation (incorporating considerable amount of oxygen in a few minutes). They are user-friendly and easily programmable. Every variable is controlled digitally. Dosage is determined according to oxygen mass. The equipment can operate with wine volumes up to 15,000 hl. Additional features include integrated alarm management and Ethernet output for remote control.
