Pressing -Dosage: > 4 ml/100kg. Working temperature : >15ºC. Time: 4 hours.

CHARACTERISTICS:

• Liquid preparation.
• Increases the extraction of polyphenolic and aromatic material from the harvest.
• It allows maceration time to be reduced.
