Before fining and stabilization.

Dosage for: 5-15 g/hl.

Effect: 1-7 days.

CHARACTERISTICS:

• Composición: yeast hulls with a high soluble mannoprotein content, cupric citrate.
• Removes unwanted sulphur compounds.

ORGANOLEPTIC QUALITIES:

Returns the varietal character to the wine by removing sulfurous molecules. Polishes aggressive tannins, decreases astringency and enhances body and volume in mouth.
