CHARACTERISTICS:

White wines with very low pH.

• Oenococcus oeni culture adapted to wines with very low pH and high malic acid content.
• Especially recommended for white wines of aromatic varieties and acid musts, such as Albariño, Godello, Loureiro, and Treixadura.
• Limits biogenic amine levels in wines.

SENSORY IMPACT:

Maintains and enhances varietal aromas (boxwood, citrus, passion fruit, carnation, white flowers). Preserves the fruity character of wines and enhances mouthfeel.
