BCP XXI is a casein-free clarifier with a strong deproteinizing action. BCP XXI selectively eliminates leucoanthocyanidins and catechins, responsible for oxidative phenomena, as well as polyphenoloxidases that leucoanthocyanins and catechins, responsible for browning in musts and white wines and protecting the color in the case of rosé and red wines.
