APPLICATION

Bengel is a clarifier recommended for all types of musts and wines.

It is advisable to use it in joint clarifications, where it is intended to reinforce the protein adsorption capacity with supplementary agents, such as silica sol or oenological tannin.

DOSAGE

Wine Clarification 10 – 40 g/hl

Must clarification 40 – 100 g/hl
