VINIFERM OE ACID

Viniferm œ ACID is a strain selected for its viability at very low pH. Natural selection from musts and wines of the Albariño and Loureiro varieties. Highly concentrated crop.

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Oenococcus oeni culture adapted to wines with very low pH and high malic acid content.
  • Maximum respect for the varietal character of the wine both analytically and sensorially.
  • Suitable for white wines of aromatic varieties and acidic musts such as: Albariño, Godello, Loureiro, Treixadura.
  • Limits the presence of biogenic amines in wines.
  • Suitable for wines with low pH and high alcohol content of red varieties (Gracaiano, Merlot, Garnacha…).

APPLICATION

Oenococcus oeni culture adapted to wines with very low pH and high malic acid content. Especially suitable for white wines of aromatic varieties and acidic musts such as: Albariño, Godello, Loureiro, Treixadura.

DOSAGE

– Dosage for 2.5 hl
– Dosage for 25 hl
– Dosage for 250 hl
