SPIRIT Nº3 ROAST
Spirit nº3 Roast is a chip that blends different botanical origins and intense toast to increase the smoky notes and enhance the freshness of the fruit.
Recommended for wines where great complexity is sought with evident notes of high toast. It is also recommended at low doses to recover the freshness of the fruit.
DOSAGE
- Wine 0.5 – 5 g/l
Both the dosage and the duration of treatment will depend on the degree of yield and the intensity of the desired characteristics.
Recommended contact time: 4 weeks.
It is advisable to carry out preliminary tests to determine dosage and frequent tastings to determine the optimum treatment time.
