Croer F-10X is a carbon chemically activated by phosphoric acid. This activation process develops the porous structure of the carbon increasing the adsorption power, and thus the decolorizing capacity of the carbon.

APPLICATION

Color correction in musts and white wines.

COMPOSITION

  • Croer F-10X – Activated carbon from maritime pine wood.
  • Croer F-10X-H – Wetted activated carbon from maritime pine wood.

DOSAGE

Slightly browned 3-10 g/hl

Maximum authorized dose: 100 g/hl.

It is recommended to adjust the dose of free sulfur prior to treatment.
