GOMASOL ÓPTIMA
Gomasol ÓPTIMA is a concentrated solution of natural, purified and ready-to-use gum arabic, whose objective is colloidal stability.
CHARACTERISTICS
- Specially formulated to provide broad spectrum protection. On the one hand, it contributes to the tartaric stability of the wine, and at the same time offers good protection of the coloring matter.
- Gomasol ÓPTIMA increases the sensations of body and smoothness in the mouth, respecting the aromatic characteristics of the wine.
- It comes from the strict selection of the best raw materials, and is obtained through a natural production process, without the addition of chemical agents, by solubilization and purification, whose purpose is to maintain the dimensions and structure of the rubber practically intact.
- Optimum Gomasol. It has a low clogging index.
APPLICATION
Used in red, rosé or white wines where overall stability is sought.
DOSAGE
YOUNG WINES: 100-200 ml/hl
WINES OLDER THAN ONE YEAR: 70-100 ml/hl
