ROBLETAN COEUR
Refining tannin, provides hydrolyzable polyphenols responsible for color stabilization and resistance to oxidation: It provides the characteristics of structure and sweetness typical of the permanence in contact with toasted wood.
APPLICATION
- In finished wine, during refining and prior to bottling, it provides antioxidant capacity and balances the structure and body of the wine, improving its taste aspects.
- During barrel or tank aging to direct the wine’s evolution process.
DOSAGE
White wine: 1 – 10 g/hl
Red wine: 2 – 20 g/hl
