TANICOL XE (LÍQUID)
Tanicol XE is a condensed tannin specific for winemaking. It favors color stabilization and has a high antioxidant character. Increases structure without bitterness.
APPLICATION
During the vinification of red varieties:
- Promoting color stability and protecting the most easily oxidizable polyphenols.
- In short maceration vinifications.
- In harvests of poor sanitary quality. Tanicol XE shortens maceration times and has a high antioxidant character.
- The liquid formulation of Tanicol XE facilitates its use in wine.
DOSAGE
Tanicol XE: 10-40 g/hl
Tanicol XE L: 30-100 ml/hl
