During the vinification of red varieties:

  • Promoting color stability and protecting the most easily oxidizable polyphenols.
  • In short maceration vinifications.
  • In harvests of poor sanitary quality. Tanicol XE shortens maceration times and has a high antioxidant character.
  • The liquid formulation of Tanicol XE facilitates its use in wine.


Tanicol XE: 10-40 g/hl

Tanicol XE L: 30-100 ml/hl
