VINIFERM RVA
Viniferm RVA is a yeast especially recommended for red wines with high ethanol tolerance, capable of respecting the aromas of the variety. It allows prolonged macerations and cold pre-fermentative macerations.
APPLICATION
Suitable for the production of red wines with long macerations: its slow fermentation kinetics allows prolonging the contact time with the skins. Allows to protect and increase the color intensity in red vinification.
